ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Bill
Millios
Bill
Millios has produced a variety of films and videos through
his New Hampshire-based production outfit Back
Lot Films. HippoPress wrote that "Millios has earned
a reputation as one of the state's leading documentary and
commercial filmmakers". Millios' three features - Old
Man Dogs (1997), Dangerous
Crosswinds (2005) and St. George Greek Orthodox
Cathedral 1905-2005 (2005) have been well-received in
Variety, The Boston Globe and America Online and have screened
at theatres throughout New England. Other credits include
New Hampshire On Ice (2003), Bottled Words
(1995), Killing Our Best Friends - The Crisis of Pet
Overpopulation (1994). Millios has also completed corporate
productions for companies such as Pike Industries, the New
Hampshire Veterans Home, Perfect Fit LLC, nhFirstJob and
Southern New Hampshire University. Millios also plans a
re-publishing of his short story collection, The Winter
Thaw, featuring several new stories added. In April
of 2006 he was an Artist-in-Residence with Team Mallego
at the Barrington Middle School in Barrington, NH. Millios
is currently at work writing the script for the follow-up
to Dangerous Crosswinds, titled Death
& Glory.

Marc
Vadeboncoeur
Since
1990 Marc Vadeboncoeur has worked in a variety of aspects
in the television industry including cable, broadcast,
sports, public affairs, and more. He has also worked in
the independent film market in a variety of positions,
most notably as the DP for the 2005 feature Dangerous
Crosswinds. In 2000 he formed his own production
company, Goodheart
Media Services, which offers a variety of production
and video/audio transfer services for corporate and non-profit
businesses as well as the general public. To date he has
produced videos for clients such as the Greater Manchester
YMCA, Northern Electronics Automation, The City of Manchester,
NH, and the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program. Most
recently he co-produced and co-directed the music videos
Driven and Beg to Differ the for the band
Sevendust which has played on MTV and many other television
and online venues. Vadeboncoeur was also the president
of the New
Hampshire Association of Video Professionals for the
years 2004-2005. He has also taught film and video production
at both the high school and college levels as well as
various workshops including Hesser
College and Performance
Plus.

Julia
Radochia
Julia
Radochia, an Arlington , MA native, acted in New England
, New York and Los Angeles for several years, with roles
in films such as Bleached, Everybody Does It, and Old
Man Dogs. In 2001, she enrolled in the Cinema program
at LA City College, earning a Women in Film scholarship
and certificate in Cinema production. There, she directed
award winning short films such as Eddie's Winning Date
and Jimmy's House of Hugs. Her most recent short, I Just
Want to Eat My Sandwich has screened and won awards at
several film festivals since last July.

Matthew
Newton
Matthew
Newton is the Film Specialist managing the New Hampshire
Film and Television Office in Concord. He is a 1997 graduate
of the Film Production program at Keene State College
in Keene, NH, where he returned to teach film production
in 2003 and 2004. He has also worked as a Production Coordinator
and Editor at C.2K Entertainment, a commercial production
company in Los Angeles, CA and in a variety of capacities
on feature film and television projects on the west coast.

Jeff
Rapsis
Jeff
Rapsis is a New Hampshire native who wrote and performed
the score for the feature-length film Dangerous Crosswinds.
He regularly composes scores for classic silent films,
most recently creating and performing music for the newly
restored Lessons in Love (1921) as part of the New York
Public Library's 2008 "Meet the Music Makers" series.
Rapsis is co-owner of HippoPress, the weekly arts and
entertainment newspaper of southern New Hampshire, for
which he covers classical music and serves as Associate
Publisher. As a journalist, Rapsis won first place honors
in 2004 for the New Hampshire Press Association in two
categories: investigative reporting and business writing.

McCrackin
Jim
McCrackin produced the movie review show Horror Struck
throughout 1994-96. Soon after McCrackin crewed on the
indie features Old Man Dogs (1997) and Fallen
Angles (1998). As a filmmaker, McCrackin has created
the short films Dead Minds (1996) and The U.F.O
vs. Joe Smith (2004) and is currently in post-production
on his first feature The Other Side Of Hell. He
also authors a regular blog at www.lunchboxfilm.blogspot.com.

Paul
J. Durham
Paul
J. Durham is an attorney at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green
where he assists companies with varied corporate matters
including entertainment and media law. Durham comes to
Sheehan Phinney from his own practice, which he founded
in 2005. Before moving to New Hampshire, he was Senior
Counsel at Playboy TV International, LLC, where he managed
international legal affairs. Durham also served as an
associate at the Miami law firm of Bilzin Sumberg Baena
Price and Axelrod LLP. Since 2004, he has taught undergraduate
and MBA-level law and business courses at Southern New
Hampshire University and Daniel Webster College.

Wendell
Goodrum
Wendell
Goodrum recently performed in the theatrical production
of Song on the Wind as Webbacowitt - the Medicine
Man. Currently Wendell is in pre-production of his own
theatrical production called Making A Name For Yourself?
Starring Mr. Willerby III. He has been developing this
show for the past five years and is expecting it to be
on stage shortly. Eventually it will be on tour in the
New England area and then made into a feature length film.
Wendell also appeared in Bill Millios' previous feature
Old Man Dogs.

Britt
Hatch
Britt
Hatch is an art teacher and a grandmother, making her
film debut in Dangerous Crosswinds. Her employment history
includes resort management, radio broadcasting and used
car sales. She and her daughter Teri were intrigued by
the Nashua Telegraph article, which invited interested
actors to audition for roles in Dangerous Crosswinds.
Another of Britt’s recent projects is the writing and
illustrating of children’s books, based on the adventures
of Pearl The Wonder Dog.

Clare
Callaghan
Clare
Callaghan is a stage trained actor, with a concentration
on Shakespeare and the classics. She has appeared regionally
in a variety of media, including exhibit videos for the
Manchester Historic Association, and Manchester Stories,
produced and directed by Bill Millios. Clare is currently
working with New Art Theatre, bringing critically acclaimed
productions of both old and modern classics to New England
stages.
